MiniTest 700
Our popular and best-selling MiniTest 700 series offers versatile applications, precise readings, and unbeatable value. Advantages include fast digital processing, durable sensors, a wide coating thickness measurement range (up to 35mm), and user-friendly multi-language menus. All three versions in the MiniTest 700 series enable the non-destructive measurement of coating thickness for non-magnetic coatings (paint, synthetic material, chrome, and other electro-plated, non-magnetic coatings, etc.) on ferromagnetic substrates (steel/iron), and insulating coatings (lacquer, enamel, synthetic material, anodized aluminum, etc.) on conductive substrates (aluminum, copper, titanium, austenitic stainless steel). In addition, all devices are capable of two different measurement methods: Single mode: up to 70 readings per minute can be recorded and saved. Continuous mode: up to 20 coating thickness values per second are recorded. This allows you, for example, to identify the thinnest and thickest points and the saving of readings in a measurement series. Our sensors are equipped with SIDSP – The best you can get in the field of measurement technology. SIDSP stands for “Sensor Integrated Digital Signal Processing”, meaning that a special microprocessor (DSP) collects, filters, and processes measurement values in the sensor head. The benefits of this measurement technology for your application are as follows: • Above average precision and repeatability • Temperature compensation over the entire range of measurement • Wear-resistant, polished probe poles made of carbide metal • High immunity to electromagnetic (EMC) interference • Measurement range up to a coating thickness of 35mm • Each sensor is individually factory-calibrated • Automatic compensation of the conductive value for non-ferrous metals With our decades of experience in the development of coating thickness gauges and specialised sensors, as well as the application of the newest technologies, our SIDSP sensors make us a market leader in the field of non-destructive coating thickness measurement

MiniTest 2500-4500
Provides a large selection of sensors, various calibration techniques, and evaluation options. The non-destructive measurement covers the following measuring range: • 0 – 50 mm for non-magnetic coatings on steel. • 0 – 100 mm for insulating coatings on non-ferrous metals. • Heat-resistant probes for temperatures up to 250 °C and 350 °C. • Pencil-shaped probes to measure in tubes and pipes. • All probes are equipped with wear-resistant poles ensuring a long life for use also on abrasive substrates.
SmarTest
SmarTest is an intelligent wireless sensor for non-destructive coating thickness measurement. • Wireless sensor for coating thickness measurement. • This means that you can carry the SmarTest with you anywhere. • SmarTest App turns your smartphone or tablet into a measuring device. • Always stay on top of information with an updated app. • The SmarTest app shows the current measuring values, and the statistical evaluation and helps store control and calibration of the sensor. • There is an option for the metric (μm, mm) and imperial (mils) formats for the display and processing of measuring values. • Storage and transfer/download of measuring values is done in the CSV format.
QuintSonic T
The upgrade of the well proven QuintSonic coating thickness gauge combines a measuring system and evaluation software in an ultrasonic sensor directly connected to an industrial tablet. QuintSonic T measures the individual thickness of up to 8 layers on different substrates (e.g. metal, plastics, GFRP, CRFP, WPC, fibre reinforced composites) using the ultrasonic run-time method. Measurement of all layers is performed in only one operation. QuintSonic T measures up to eight coatings in a single operation. – It measures polymer coatings such as paints, varnishes, and synthetic material, as well as glass, ceramic or metallic coatings on virtually any substrate. – A generous 8-inch display, QuintSonic offers a user-friendly overview of the result of measurement as well as the corresponding course of the ultrasonic signal (A-scan). – Ideally suited for harsher environments due to IP 67 & MIL-STD 810 G and extremely resistant Gorilla® glass
QuintSonic 7
For paint, lacquer, and plastic coatings on plastic, metal, wood, ceramic, or glass substrates. – It can measure polymer coatings such as paints, varnishes, and synthetic material, as well as glass, ceramic or metallic coatings on virtually any substrate. – Approximated 10 µm coating thickness (depending on the ultrasonic velocity in the layer). – Extended measuring range up to 7.5mm. – Up to 5 layers in one operation. – Comply with international standard DIN EN ISO 2808 (Ultrasonic Reflection). – A-Scan on Graphic Display
GalvanoTest
The GalvanoTest uses the coulometric method to measure galvanised coatings such as chrome, nickel, cadmium, copper, brass, silver, gold, tin or zinc both on metals and non-metals. – Measures almost any electroplated coating/base combination. – Suitable for single and multi-layer coatings. – Utilizes the coulometric principle, a de-plating method conforming to DIN 50 955 and ISO 2177. – Also suitable for extremely thin coatings from 0.05 microns. – GalvanoTest 2000: the electrolyte is circulated by a pulsator nozzle. – GalvanoTest 3000: large electrolyte volumes circulated by a circulation pump enable quick serial measurements. Suitable for use on very small parts and for the measurement of gold layers
MikroTest
MikroTest is a highly durable coating thickness measurement gauge to enable the measurement of non-magnetic coatings on steel using magnetic adhesive force. A metal casing makes it highly robust and resistant against harsh environmental conditions. – Non-magnetic coatings such as lacquers, enamels, chrome, and zinc on ferromagnetic basis material (steel) – Model NiFe 50: electroplated nickel coatings on steel – Models Ni 50 and Ni 100: electroplated nickel coating on non-ferromagnetic substrates (e.g., aluminium, copper, synthetic material, etc.)
