    Alluris FMT-W40

    Alluris FMT-W40

The FMT-W40 is a motorised wire-terminal pull tester. It is available in 2 models with a tensile strength capacity up to either 500N (110 lbf) or 1000N (220 lbf).

      • Accuracy: ± 0.5% of full-scale (f.s.).
      • Acquisition Rate: 1000 times per second.
      • Operating Force: 120% of f.s. (auto-reverses to release load if limit exceeded).
      • Pull Speed Settings (mm/min): 10, 25, 37.5, 50, 100, 150 and 200.
      • Memory: 1000 readings with max, min, mean and standard deviation calculations.
      OmniTest 0.5_1_2.5

      OmniTest 0.5/1/2.5

The OmniTest 0.5 kN, 1 kN and 2.5 kN models are part of the single-column range. They occupy minimal bench space. Weighing under 30kg, it can also be easily transported. The 2.5 kN model is particularly popular as a general-purpose tester whilst the 0.5 and 1kN models have extended column lengths making them particularly suitable for long-elongation, low-force testing.

      OmniTest 5_7.5

      OmniTest 5/7.5

The OmniTest 5 kN and 7.5 kN models are part of the single column range. They take up minimal bench space and their mid-range load capacity makes them ideal for applications that might have required a larger investment in a twin-column tester.

      OmniTest 10_25_50

      OmniTest 10/25/50

The twin-column OmniTest is available in three frame sizes with load ratings of 10 kN, 25 kN, and 50 kN. These all-purpose UTMs are ideally suited for testing stiff materials requiring higher loads, as well as being perfect for long-elongation, low-force tests and for mounting larger specimens that cannot easily be accommodated on single-column test frames.

      Torque Testing

      VTG Tornado

      VTG Tornado

The VTG Tornado touchscreen torque tester is portable and rated to IP54 for testing the applied and release torque of a diverse range of products. Measures up to 10 N.m (90 lbf.in) to capture opening and closing torque of caps/closures intended to be opened by hand.

      • Resolution: 1:50,000
      • Accuracy: ±0.5 % of full scale
      • Units of Measurement: mN.m, N.cm, N.m, gf.cm, kgf.cm, kgf.m, ozf.in, lbf.in, lbf.ft
      • Sampling Rate: 5,000,000 Hz
      • Overload Rating: 150% of full-scale
      • Weight: 3 Kg
      Orbis

      Orbis

The Orbis digital torque tester is ideally suited for basic clockwise and counter-clockwise torque tests. Manually operated and measuring up to 6 N.m, its capacity is ideal for most caps and closures which are intended to be opened by hand. Providing data with significantly greater accuracy than analogue torque devices, it’s a simple and cost-effective solution for a variety of torque applications.

      • Accuracy: ±0.5 % of full scale
      • Units of Measurement m, N.cm, N.m, gf.cm, kgf.cm, kgf.m, ozf.in, lbf.in, lbf.ft
      • Sampling Rate: 5,000 Hz averaged to 80 Hz or 2,000 Hz peak capture (user selectable)
      • Overload Rating: 150% of full-scale
      TSCC

      TSCC Torque Screwdriver Check Calibrator

The TSCC is a semi-automated test system for checking the calibration of pre-set and adjustable torque-limiting screwdrivers, up to 10 N.m. With pre-programmed tests and one-touch operation the TSCC eliminates inconsistencies in results and repetitive strain injury for operators, which is often associated with manual testing.

      Helixa-i

      Helixa-i

The Helixa-i is a precision torque tester controlled by software running on a PC. Designed for precision torque applications where torque forces may be very small and accuracy is the priority. With a wide range of precision fixtures, the Helixa-i is easy to use and optimised for measuring torque from 1 mN.m to 6 N.m.

      Vortex-i

      Vortex-i

The Vortex-i is a top of the range torque tester controlled by software running on a PC. Accurate, easy to use and optimised for measuring static torque up to 10 N.m. The ultimate flexible solution for automated torque testing of a wide range of closures and components.

      Vortex-i

      ABC-t

The ABC-t is an automated bottle closure tester to measure both initial slip and bridge torque of a complete batch of roll-on-pilfer-proof (ROPP) closures. Automated batch testing of closures ensures repeatability without the need for an operator during the testing period.
